Dispatch Coordinator with Forklift Licence

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to fill the role of Dispatch Coordinator with Forklift Licence.
Key Responsibilities:- The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating transport bookings, liaising with drivers and ensuring timely delivery of goods.
- They will process despatch, freight and inward goods documentation with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Additionally, they will prepare DG and export paperwork, as well as Loscam pallet records, and manage stock transfers, stocktakes and returns.
- The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to the Despatch Office and Warehouse Manager, and assist with picking stock when required using a forklift or electric pallet rider.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in despatch/warehouse administration is essential.
- The successful candidate will possess strong MS Excel and Outlook skills, with intermediate to advanced proficiency.
- Sage X3 knowledge and a valid forklift licence are highly desirable.
- Excellent attention to detail, numeracy and accuracy are also required.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team, the successful candidate will be a self-motivated and proactive individual.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
