Project Coordinator - Water and Wastewater Infrastructure

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the planning, execution, and delivery of water and wastewater infrastructure projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of project management principles, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

The role involves:

  • Coordinating project activities, ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, and regulations.
  • Developing and managing project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Collaborating with project managers, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to achieve project goals.
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed documentation of project activities, including progress reports, financial updates, and incident reports.
  • Identifying and mitigating risks, prioritizing safety and environmental protocols.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in project coordination or management, preferably in water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
  • Strong knowledge of project management software and engineering tools.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Certification in project management is highly desirable.
