Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated individual to support and drive high-quality bids and submissions, coordinating efforts across local and global teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end Expression of Interest (EOI), Request for Proposal (RFP) and tender submissions.
  • Read new tender documentation and fully understand the requirements for the submissions process.
  • Craft compelling, visually engaging submissions using InDesign.
  • Develop win strategies and value propositions.
  • Coordinate internal strategy meetings, follow up meetings, staff and sub-consultant input to meet deadlines.
  • Write, edit and tailor content that turns complex technical information into clear narratives.
  • Maintain and update CRM databases and marketing collateral to support pursuit success.
