Senior Project Architect

We are seeking a seasoned Project Architect to join our team and take on the role of Head Contracting. This position involves overseeing projects from concept design through to handover, ensuring seamless delivery and exceeding client expectations.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in architecture, with at least 5 years' experience in delivering new build projects. They should also have hands-on experience with Revit and be proficient in creating detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:- Project management: oversight of projects from concept design through to handover
- Client liaison: working closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and local authorities to ensure project success
- Design delivery: creating detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and documentation
- Client presentations: leading client meetings, site visits, and presentations
- 5+ years' experience delivering new build projects
- Hands-on experience with Revit
