Job Opportunity: Health Administration Traineeship
We are offering a unique chance to develop skills and knowledge through on-the-job training and education in the field of health administration.
This role is designed to equip individuals with the skills and knowledge required to contribute to the smooth running of a medical practice, ensuring high-quality customer service for patients.
Main Responsibilities:
- Reception duties, including greeting patients, taking calls, and scheduling appointments.
- Managing patient invoicing and receiving consultations.
- Handling telephone enquiries and bookings.
- Organising consultations and procedures.
- Assisting in maintaining stock levels and supplies.
- Performing other clinical duties as required.
Key Requirements:
- A willingness to learn and develop skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work safely and responsibly in the workplace.
- Capacity to complete timesheets accurately and on-time.
Training and Development:
This traineeship will provide you with the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a real-world setting. You will gain hands-on experience and receive guidance from experienced professionals.
Location and Duration:
The traineeship will be based in Warwick and will last for 12 months.
