We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional to take on a leadership role in our multidisciplinary allied health organisation.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children and their families by leading a talented team of therapists.
- Develop clinical skills by managing a small mixed caseload and ensuring currency in profession.
- Collaborate with Practice Principals to improve therapy services and manage teams.
Your Responsibilities:
- Directly supervise therapists, administration staff, and other team members.
- Provide regular supervision meetings and formal/ informal feedback to ensure team performance expectations are met.
- Assist staff with time management and organisation, as well as developing clinic resources.
About You:
- Must meet specific compliance requirements including National Police Check, Working with Children check, NDIS Workers Screening check, Covid-19 Vaccination Certificate, First Aid Certificate, Driver's License & Vehicle.
- Possess relevant qualifications with Registration or Membership.
- Have experience working with children and/or disability and confidence in your role with children and their parents.
- Demonstrate diverse communication skills, effective time management and attention to detail.
- Show demonstrated leadership abilities within a team.
- Prior people and service management experience is desirable.
