About this Role
We are seeking a skilled Legal Professional to provide proactive, commercially focused legal support across a broad range of matters.
As a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders, you will help shape marketing and communications that are both legally sound and aligned with our brand and customer promise.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include reviewing marketing materials across digital, broadcast, and print channels; advising on compliance with consumer law and regulatory obligations; and supporting the management of trademark portfolios.
You will also contribute to the design of wholesale products and contractual arrangements with retail service providers, ensuring alignment with industry standards.
About You
The successful candidate will hold a current legal practising certificate and have 4-6 years of post-qualification experience in a law firm or in-house. A background in Telco, Technology, or consulting for regulated entities is a plus.
You are collaborative and pragmatic, with a strong understanding of consumer and competition law and a genuine interest in the legal frameworks that shape the industry.
