National Support Role Overview

In this dynamic role, you will combine sales support, customer service, and product expertise to deliver exceptional results. You will be the backbone of our promise, ensuring every enquiry, order, and quote is handled with excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate and timely support for orders, invoicing, and dispatch.
  • Assist with overflow sales and customer enquiries across phone, email, and social media.
  • Check quotes, assist the sales team with technical checks, ensure accuracy, and help the sales team deliver exceptional results.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Great attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset and a knack for organisation.
  • Strong computer literacy, especially Microsoft Office.
  • Customer service experience (retail, wholesale, or call centre a bonus).
  • A genuine interest in automotive products and 4x4 solutions.
