Job Title: IT Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing timely and effective support to end-users, troubleshooting network, hardware, software, printer, and mobile device issues, maintaining asset records and relevant documentation, and collaborating with team members and other business areas as required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and resolve helpdesk requests in a timely and effective manner
  • Troubleshoot network, hardware, software, printer, and mobile devices issues
  • Maintain asset records and relevant documentation
  • Collaborate with team members, other business areas, and projects as required

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Qualifications and skills for this role include demonstrated experience in an IT related discipline, applicable qualifications in an IT related discipline, possession of ITIL certification desirable, and knowledge of WAN/LAN, IP Networking, DHCP/DNS and general network principals.

  • Knowledge of WAN/LAN, IP Networking, DHCP/DNS and general network principals
  • Experience configuring, administering Microsoft 365, Microsoft Server products including Active Directory and Exchange
  • Knowledge of Windows desktop, Windows server environments including current and previous generations
  • Experience with SOE maintenance and deployment
