Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and accelerating the world's transition to sustainable energy?

As a Tesla Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for customers throughout their purchase journey, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience from initial contact to delivery day.

You will engage with walk-in guests, educate prospective customers about Tesla's innovative products, and actively contribute to achieving monthly sales and delivery targets. Your strong communication skills and attention to detail will enable you to effectively present and sell Tesla's entire eco-system to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers in a professional and welcoming manner to ensure they feel comfortable and informed throughout the sales process.
  • Educate customers on all aspects of the purchase and delivery journey, including vehicle readiness and orientation.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the full sales and delivery cycle, addressing any queries or concerns promptly and efficiently.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve business objectives and support colleagues as needed.
Requirements
  • Proven client service experience with a positive attitude and enthusiasm for sustainable energy solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
  • Able to understand and convey business issues and technical concepts to customers.
  • Reliable and self-motivated individual who can work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record required.
