Regional Mortgage Solution Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive lasting impact in the mortgage industry. As a Director of Product, APAC Mortgages, you will lead the strategy and delivery of a regional mortgage solution designed to set a new global benchmark.
Key Responsibilities:- Create a 18 to 24 month roadmap with ACV targets for what is to be worked on in collaboration with the team
- Develop a vision and strategy to achieve success
- Evaluate solutions on the roadmap to ensure they align with corporate objectives
- Pave the way with Sales and Success leadership to ensure appropriate revenue and adoption forecasting has taken place to justify investments
- Initiate new or revised programs / operating policies across departments and multiple teams
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field with 12+ years of relevant experience and 4+ years of management experience or combination of education and experience
- Knowledge of small business banking and consumer space including processes and regulations
- Advanced understanding of software development processes, technologies, and methodologies
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills
- Proven ability to plan and deliver products in an agile environment
- Demonstrable ability to gather and transform product feedback into actionable requirements
