Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement an 18-24 month roadmap with ACV targets through active collaboration with the team.
  • Develop a clear vision and strategy to ensure success.
  • The solutions outlined in the roadmap must align with corporate objectives.
  • Initiate new or revised programs and operating policies across departments and multiple teams.
Requirements:
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, accompanied by 12+ years of relevant experience and 4+ years of management experience or a combination of education and experience.
  • Demonstrate expertise in the small business banking and consumer space, encompassing both processes and regulations.
  • Exhibit advanced knowledge of software development processes, technologies, and methodologies.
