An exciting opportunity exists for a Transport Operations Coordinator to oversee and co-ordinate the daily activities of a team.

The role requires strong organisational skills, practical knowledge, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with high levels of guest interaction. The ability to anticipate and evaluate potential problems, and respond effectively in a calm and efficient manner, is essential. This position demands a high level of customer service and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering an exceptional experience for each guest interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage daily operations of the team.
  • Liaise regularly with senior management.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests at all times and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Organise staff rosters and ensure adequate staffing levels.
  • Coordinate daily tasks and schedules, including staff breaks and rotations.
  • Hold regular team meetings to facilitate communication and address any concerns or queries.
  • Ensure designated areas are serviced daily, meeting required standards.
  • Monitor safety and maintenance checklists, reporting any concerns to senior management.
  • Assist with concierge duties, such as greeting guests, coordinating traffic, and liaising with senior management.
  • Coordinate bus transfers for guests and arrange appropriate transportation for tours.
  • Other duties as requested by senior management.

Essential Criteria:

  • Hold a valid Driver's Licence.
  • Available to work weekends, public holidays, and school holiday periods.

Preferred Criteria:

  • Current Advanced First Aid Qualifications.
