- Manage transportation schedules, routes, and drivers to meet operational needs
- Coordinate the movement of assets, equipment, and inventory within the business
- Develop and implement logistics plans to reduce costs and improve efficiency
- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with regional managers to resolve scheduling and planning issues
- Procure and dispose of new and old assets
- Minimum 4+ years in a similar role, preferably in the drilling and blast/mining sectors
- Strong knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and ISO requirements
- Self-motivated and able to work autonomously while managing multiple processes
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills
