Workforce Planning Specialist

The Workforce Planning team is seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to lead the workforce planning function in delivering timely, accurate, and compliant employee rosters for our custom facility.

This role is pivotal in driving workforce efficiency, operational excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives across the facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective workforce planning strategies to optimise labour efficiency and minimise costs.
  • Lead the Workforce Planning team to deliver timely and compliant rostering, recruitment, and training for operational employees.
  • Provide expert advice on workforce planning and optimisation to management and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in workforce planning, rostering, and recruitment, with a track record of leading and developing teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and apply complex data.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
