Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to oversee the delivery of payroll services across our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the team to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing, ensuring compliance with enterprise agreements, legislation, and internal policies.
Main Responsibilities:- Lead the payroll team in delivering high-quality services.
- Oversee payroll operations including master data maintenance, payroll production, statutory reporting, and payment processing.
- Monitor and implement changes to awards, enterprise agreements, and relevant legislation.
- Extensive supervisory experience in payroll, with strong technical knowledge.
- Understanding of legislative and compliance requirements.
- Excellent leadership and mentoring abilities, with a proven track record of building high-performing teams.
