About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and motivated professional to lead our payroll operations team. As a Team Leader Payroll Operations, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing, overseeing payroll operations, monitoring compliance with awards and legislation, and providing technical support to the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support the payroll team to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing
  • Oversee payroll operations including master data maintenance, payroll production, statutory reporting, and payment processing in line with compliance requirements
  • Monitor and implement changes to awards, enterprise agreements, and relevant legislation
  • Work closely with Payroll Systems and HRIS teams to support seamless system operation and resolve technical issues
  • Provide technical support to the team, including resolving escalated queries and complex payroll issues

Requirements
