This is an opportunity to lead a dynamic team in payroll operations, overseeing the delivery of accurate and timely services across the organization. As a highly experienced Team Leader, you will coordinate the team's efforts to ensure seamless payroll processing, oversee operations, and monitor changes to awards and legislation.
You will work closely with systems teams to support system operation and resolve technical issues. Your key responsibilities include leading control and compliance activities, providing technical support, and coordinating training and onboarding for team members.
The ideal candidate will have extensive supervisory experience, strong technical knowledge, and excellent leadership abilities. You will demonstrate a proven track record of building high-performing teams, managing change, and performing under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate the team to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
- Oversee payroll operations, including master data maintenance, production, statutory reporting, and payment processing.
- Monitor and implement changes to awards, enterprise agreements, and relevant legislation.
- Work closely with systems teams to support system operation and resolve technical issues.
- Lead control and compliance activities, including audits, verifications, and reporting.
- Provide technical support and resolve escalated queries and complex payroll issues.
- Coordinate training, onboarding, and capability development for team members.
- Contribute to ongoing process improvements and integration projects.
- Track and report on key metrics, including SLAs, case resolution times, overpayments, and recovery efforts.
