Job Description:
We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to assist us in delivering exceptional value to our customers and the community.
This role involves managing a portfolio of small to medium sized customers, servicing and escalating their requests in a timely and professional manner.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be proactive in resolving customer queries, and have a strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Servicing and managing a portfolio of non-face-to-face small to medium sized customers
- Managing new business enquiries from small to medium sized organisations
- Providing administrative support to the wider team to support delivering on targets
- Responding to incoming requests and enquiries regarding our products and services
- Collecting information required for bid proposal compilation, and assisting in the preparation of tenders, proposals and new business presentations
- Assisting in the preparation of ad-hoc reporting
- Assisting in the coordination of customer related activities including awareness sessions and attendance at health expos
