Business Line Manager

This position plays a pivotal role in driving business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement market and sales strategies to achieve divisional goals.
  • Hold full profit and loss responsibility for the OBK Business Line.
  • Conduct territory management plans, applying optimal practices to enhance market coverage and sales actions.
  • Lead and support teams working with OBK products, including direct supervision of those predominantly involved with the OBK Business Line.
  • Collaborate with the aftermarket team to maximize customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or extensive relevant experience in the mineral exploration industry.
  • Minimum ten years of experience in the exploration business, preferably in Australia or internationally.
  • Direct sales and product management experience is considered advantageous.
  • Solid technical knowledge of the OBK product offering.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Advanced verbal, written, and presentation communication skills with a strong customer focus.
  • Ability to work independently and lead change within a large organization.
  • Strong analytical skills, with full knowledge and understanding of Profit and Loss statements.
