About the RoleThe Commissioner is accountable for the efficient and effective leadership and management of adult and young offenders in custody and the community. This includes ensuring contemporary case management assessments and classifications, as well as providing effective offender management for individuals from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
You will work closely with the Director General to achieve results through building organisational capability, skill, and responsive service delivery. Your strong leadership skills will enable you to implement change and inspire confidence in your team.
