About Our Organization

We are a leading resource development firm with over two decades of global experience in engineering, project delivery, project and asset management, and providing project strategies and solutions across various commodities.

This role encompasses leadership, management of design engineering, project team management primarily across special projects in mining and resources infrastructure projects from concept through to delivery.

Working from our modern office, we are seeking interest from a proven Engineering Manager who exhibit skills and experience across the following:

  • Oversee and review EPC estimates and design scopes.
  • Process plant design management (Crushing, Wet & Dry Screening, Conveying & Reclaim, Milling Circuits, Slurry systems).
  • Study management experience across design, client interface, estimate analysis and report writing input.
  • Senior input and management across construction, commissioning of minerals and industrial process plants across multiple minerals / resources.
  • Support client proposals, review scope of works, analyse deliverables and work closely with Senior team to determine cost and risk factors and price accordingly.

This role will present an opportunity to provide key professional input and leadership across multiple projects in Australia and internationally, in addition to input into business operation activities, direction, planning and continuous improvement.

A Mechanical Engineering background is preferred, with consideration to those exhibiting similar skills and experience with a Process Engineering specialisation.

Key responsibilities include but not limited to:

  1. Leading cross-functional teams to drive project success.
  2. Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  3. Managing budgets and resources to ensure project delivery on time and within budget.
