Project Management Leadership Role

Your Key Responsibilities in This Role Will Include:

  • Accountable for delivering and managing the implementation of assigned projects, work bundles, and programs, including ensuring scope, quality, time targets are met and managing associated risk.
  • Provide clear technical advice and direction to the team, with overall responsibility for organizing and allocating resources to achieve specific program results.
  • Ensure the adoption and conformance of appropriate program and project management principles, techniques, controls, processes, and approaches, aligned to our organization's standard project governance frameworks and systems.
  • Maintain a constructive and consultative working environment through open communication and building effective relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure assigned work bundles and programs are established and mobilized in the right way to optimize delivery and guarantee a successful outcome to the agreed scope and time.
  • Guide and coach team members to build strong, effective relationships with stakeholders, as well as develop and nurture talent, providing clear career path/growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive organizational goals and objectives.
