Virtual Reality Content Creator Job Summary
This is a role for an experienced and skilled Virtual Reality Content Creator to collect media content for Homes.com and Apartments.com. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in photography and be equipped with the latest technology including Pro 3 Matterport cameras, digital camera equipment, and iPads.
The Virtual Reality Content Creator will create high-quality virtual tours, floor plans, and photography for residential homes and apartments. They will also work closely with clients, sales associates, logistics, and the management team to ensure seamless execution of tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Support marketing efforts by capturing beautiful 3-D virtual tours and footprints.
- Create a portfolio of photographs to showcase homes and apartments in an attractive way.
- Work closely with scheduling and dispatch teams to maximize appointments and meet client demands.
- Communicate effectively with clients, sales, researcher partners, and management to evaluate priorities, initiatives, and tasks.
- Ensure complete commercial real estate data coverage while navigating one-mile square grids.
- Identify new inventory, missing availability, and commercial properties to be photographed.
- Adhere to safety standards to safeguard company vehicle and equipment.
- Represent the company in a professional manner at all times.
- Participate in conference calls with sales and research teams as needed.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of professional experience.
- Real Estate Photography experience required.
- Experience working as a professional photographer or a recently earned degree in photography.
- FAA Part 107 License/Certification.
- Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to accurately capture and enter data.
- Excellent communication (oral and written) and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of Windows, Apple OS, Microsoft Office, and Internet applications.
- Field experience preferred.
- Current and valid driver's license.
Benefits:
The Virtual Reality Content Creator position is hourly plus bonus-eligible. Bonuses are paid on a monthly cycle and based on performance against pre-determined metrics.
