About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Nurse Practitioner, providing high-quality care to patients in our aged care facilities.
As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive healthcare services, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic conditions.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual who is passionate about delivering excellent patient care and contributing to the development of clinical protocols.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver comprehensive healthcare services, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic conditions.
- Conduct physical exams, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop personalised treatment plans.
- Prescribe medications and therapies in line with state regulations.
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated, effective patient care.
- Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of clinical protocols.
- AHPRA-endorsed Nurse Practitioner qualification.
- Unrestricted AHPRA registration.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based practice.
