Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our healthcare team as an Nurse Practitioner. This challenging and rewarding opportunity will see you working closely with registered nurses to deliver high-quality, person-centered care to patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- SUPPORTING REGISTRED NURSES IN DELIVERING QUALITY CARE By providing assistance and guidance to ensure seamless delivery of patient care.
- PROVIDING EXCELLENT CONSUMER-CENTERED CARE Through the implementation of evidence-based principles and standards of practice for enrolled nurses.
- MORBIDITY MONITORING AND MEDICATION ADMINISTRATION By monitoring consumers' physical co-morbidity and administering medication as required.
- BUILDING RAPPORT WITH CONSUMERS By demonstrating empathy and understanding when interacting with consumers, caregivers, and families.
Requirements:
- VACCINATION AGAINST CERTAIN DISEASES As outlined in health employment directives.
- COLLABORATIVE WORK ENVIRONMENT Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team and take instructions from others.
- HIGH COMMUNICATION SKILLS Ability to communicate effectively and escalate issues to registered nurses.
