About the Role

This full-time position is ideal for a qualified nurse with a passion for delivering exceptional patient outcomes. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive care to patients, including conducting thorough assessments, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with General Practitioners, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to provide seamless patient care. You will also be involved in education and training initiatives to enhance the skills of nursing staff and improve patient outcomes.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will also have a strong commitment to ongoing learning and professional development, with a desire to stay up-to-date with the latest clinical practices and research.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must:

  • Hold current registration as a Registered Nurse and/or Advanced Practice Nurse;
  • Have a postgraduate qualification in Nursing or a related field;
  • Have experience working in a similar role or in a relevant area of practice;
  • Be able to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Be committed to ongoing learning and professional development.
