The Health Service has a diverse geographical footprint, ranging from regional cities to remote townships in the west and beachside communities along the coast.Rockhampton has 9 Residential Aged Care Homes (RACH's) and three RACH's on the Capricorn Coast.
CQ Health has a total of 21 accredited RACH's and 7 Multipurpose Health Services within the catchment area.
This includes both public and private RAC Homes.
Non-accredited RACH's and National Disability Insurance Scheme residential facilities are not included in the scope of this service.About the role :The Nurse Practitioner is a Registered Nurse appointed to the position with endorsements to practice as a Nurse Practitioner.
