About This Role

As a Childcare Professional Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality care and education to children. You will guide and support team members to achieve their full potential, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and guidance to ensure the delivery of exceptional care and education to children.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge and skills in childcare and leadership practices to ensure best-in-class services.
  • Foster strong relationships with colleagues, parents, and external partners to promote a culture of collaboration and mutual respect.
Requirements:
  • Degree or equivalent in Early Years Education or a related field.
  • Possess a Level 3 childcare qualification and relevant experience in leadership and childcare.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize tasks efficiently.
