Electrical Fitter/Mechanic Position Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for trade-qualified Electrical Fitters/Mechanics to join our team in the Epping office.

As an Electrical Fitter/Mechanic, you will be involved in the installation and maintenance of Zone and Distribution Substations.

This is a permanent, full-time role that offers the chance to work on multiple projects across our portfolio of work.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Installation and maintenance of Zone and Distribution Substations
  • Work on various projects across our portfolio
  • Collaborate with the Works Manager to achieve project goals
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Strong understanding and appreciation of Health and Safety practices
  • VESI (Victorian Electricity Supply Industry) trained and up-to-date
  • Ability to meet individual project productivity & target costs
  • Hold a current licence to perform High Risk Work, Construction White / Blue Card
  • Share our commitment to the highest quality of workmanship
  • Able to undertake after-hours work as required and within business process guidelines
  • Desirable – Forklift licence, EWP (Elevated Work Platform) Endorsed driver's license and confined space trained
  • A-Grade Electrician Licence
