Job Title: Electrical Systems Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and motivated electrical maintenance specialist to oversee the installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment. This role involves ensuring optimal performance and safety.

The successful candidate will have strong technical skills and experience in electrical system maintenance and repair. They must be able to diagnose complex issues efficiently and implement effective solutions.

A key aspect of this role is developing and implementing standard operating procedures for maintenance and training, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and be able to maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and inspections.

This position also involves providing leadership and technical support to junior technicians and collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

To succeed in this role, you will need to participate in continuous improvement initiatives and respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests.

Requirements:
  • VIC Electrical Supervisor’s or Contractor’s License
  • Valid Driver's License LVR/CPR current certificate
  • First Aid current certificate
  • Working at Heights desirable
  • HV electrical qualification desirable.
  • High Risk Work Licenses (boom lift, forklift, dogging, rigging, telehandler etc.)
  • Valid Working Rights (no sponsorship option)
