Job Title: Senior Electrical Systems Specialist

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced electrical systems specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in electrical systems design, project management, fault finding, maintaining, and repairing complex electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fault finding and repair of complex electrical systems.
  • Work closely with the design team to produce accurate electrical engineering designs.
  • Create / modify 2D CAD drawings, 3D Parametric Solid Models.
  • Analysis of electrical systems, parts or components.
  • Conduct test and evaluation activities alongside Design Authority.
  • Review and utilise customer specified standards and relevant regulations to prepare system requirements.
  • Support Project Management activities.
  • Support Reliability analysis including FMECA's, RCA and FRACAS.
  • Contribute to system design safety and maintainability analysis.
Requirements

Experience Required:

  • 4+ years of experience in electrical engineering.
  • Degree qualification across Electrical, Electronics, Hardware, Mechatronics or Avionics Engineering.
  • Hands-on electrical design experience as well as an aptitude to analyse electrical systems.
  • Defence industry experience is desirable.
