Job Opportunity

The operations manager position at a high-end hospitality establishment is responsible for leading a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing the main gaming floor bars and Sovereign room, ensuring seamless 24/7 service.
  • Maintaining the highest standards of service in the Sovereign lounge, dining, and chairman's venue.
  • Reviewing operational needs, analyzing data, and implementing strategies to maintain beverage, labour, product, and expenses within budget.
  • Leading and motivating the team to consistently deliver superior guest experiences.
  • Monitoring team member performance on the floor, ensuring adequate coverage from leadership and team members.
  • Providing recommendations for guest, team, operational, or compliance improvements to senior management.
  • Implementing compliance and duty of care operational requirements, including Responsible Service of Alcohol and responsible gaming.
Requirements:
  • A hands-on operational approach with a passion for developing a career in hospitality.
  • Understanding of guest experience and delivering in premium, 24/7 VIP settings.
  • Outstanding professionalism, commitment to guest service, and ability to build rapport with regular guests.
  • Extensive venue management experience in large, high-volume bars, restaurants, and lounges.
  • Casino and licensee experience highly regarded.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail skills are essential.
  • A transparent, thoughtful, and consistent approach to team communications.
  • Ability to build an engaged team that understands their purpose and role.
