About the Role:
  • We're seeking a Support Worker to deliver community outings, food preparation, laundry, leisure activities and domestic cleaning.
  • The successful candidate will ensure all living areas are clean, safe and free from hazards.
  • They will document all personal care tasks and outcomes accurately.
  • Providing respect and compassion to clients is paramount.
  • The Support Worker will also assist with transporting clients to appointments and provide social support during leisure activities.
About You:
  • Aged Care or Community Care experience is preferred but not essential.
  • You should be able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Maintaining client safety and well-being is a top priority.
  • A driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle are required.
  • Some vaccinations may be necessary.
