Job Title: Second in Charge (2IC)

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide support to the Team Leader in all aspects of the program
  • To assist with the development and implementation of program activities
  • To contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture
  • To maintain high standards of quality and safety in all aspects of the program

Requirements:

  • Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
  • Minimum 2 years experience working in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • First aid certification
