Quality Assurance Lead
The Quality Assurance Lead is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our products. This individual will oversee laboratory processes, implement quality plans, and support product trials and development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and manage quality plans to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor laboratory processes to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Support product trials and development initiatives to ensure high-quality standards are maintained.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a quality/lab leadership position.
- Australian citizenship or permanent residency.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Minimum bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or tertiary education.
- Strong people management and leadership skills.
