Quality-Focused Garment Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Garment Specialist to join our team for a short-term contract. As a key member of our Product Development team, you will work closely with us to interpret garment designs, develop detailed specifications, and ensure our products meet the highest quality and fit standards.

The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years' experience in garment construction and pattern making, preferably in menswear. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to create precise specifications are essential.

Key responsibilities:

  • Create accurate garment specifications, including sketches, graded measurements, and make details.
  • Coordinate fittings, measure garments, and ensure construction accuracy.
  • Liaise with suppliers to clarify specifications and resolve fit, grading, and construction queries.
  • Check proto, fit, PP, and shipment samples to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Support the Product and Production teams to meet deadlines within the development and production timelines.

About you:

  • 5–10 years' experience in garment construction and pattern making, ideally in menswear.
  • Proven ability to create precise specifications and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and offshore suppliers.
  • Strong understanding of garment manufacturing processes and quality standards.
  • Skilled in MS Office and Adobe Illustrator.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.

This role is based in our Support Office.
