About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Executive Assistant to the Dean, providing high-level support and ensuring the seamless operation of the Office of the Dean.

As the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, you will exercise sound judgement, discretion, and professionalism in preparing briefing materials, facilitating information flow, and supporting key committees and strategic initiatives.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the Dean's schedule, diary, and correspondence, including coordinating meetings, invitations, and travel arrangements while ensuring timely and efficient communication.
  • Preparing briefing materials, correspondence, and meeting papers, including compiling a daily briefing pack and ensuring all documents requiring the Dean's signature are complete and well-prepared.
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining key contacts, and supporting the smooth flow of information across the Faculty to facilitate the Dean's engagements and priorities.
  • Providing executive officer support for high-level committees and meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and tracking action items, while contributing to strategic projects and events led by the Office of the Dean.
