As a seasoned customer service professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and retention through exceptional sales skills.

We are seeking an individual who can proactively contribute to club sales by utilizing promotions and referrals campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate high-quality sales leads through community outreach, referrals, and identifying new business opportunities
  • Achieve the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximize sales opportunities
  • Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members
  • Create memorable member experiences through positive interactions
  • Achieve successful outcomes to enquiries
  • Open and close the club as per the roster
  • Active involvement in member retention programs, inspiring members to continue their fitness journey

Requirements:

  • Current First Aid & CPR certificate
  • A problem-solving mindset with a focus on meeting customer needs
  • Effective communication skills that inspire customers to take action
  • Drive and goal-focus with a desire to excel
  • A team player who can rally through challenges and celebrate success
  • Customer-focused with a passion for building rapport and helping customers achieve their goals
