Unlock Your Potential as a Member Support Consultant

At our prestigious Platinum club, we are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Member Support Consultant. As a key member of our staff, you will be the first point of contact for our members, providing exceptional customer service and driving membership growth through outreach activities.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be goal-focused and continuously looking for new ways to excel themselves. You will work closely with our team to deliver outstanding results, drive sales and maximise opportunities for our members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to sales growth by performing outreach activities and generating high-quality leads
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our existing members, assisting them with enquiries and ensuring their fitness journey continues smoothly
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve desired outcomes
  • Work collaboratively with the team to deliver outstanding results and drive business growth

Requirements:

  • Current First Aid & CPR certificate
  • A problem-solving mindset and ability to provide solutions that meet the needs of our members
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with people of all backgrounds
  • Drive and motivation to excel in a fast-paced environment

What We Offer:

  • A competitive OTE of $60,000-$65,000, made up of base salary and commission, plus super
