The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Member Support Consultant. As a MSC, you will drive the success of our club by interacting with members, inspiring them to begin their journey towards becoming more active, fulfilled, and confident versions of themselves.

No two days are the same as an MSC. You will have the opportunity to interact with people from all walks of life, driving membership growth through outreach activities, generating and converting leads, and providing exceptional customer service.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to sales budget utilising sales promotions and referrals campaigns
  • Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach, seeking referrals, and identifying new business opportunities
  • Achieve the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximise sales opportunities
  • Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members
  • Create great member journeys via positive and personalised interactions
  • Achieve successful outcomes to enquiries
  • Open and close the club as per the club roster
  • Active involvement in member retention programs, inspiring members to continue their fitness journey
  • Regular service calls to new and existing members to keep them engaged in their journey, recommending club-based products that boost their results and amplify their experience

Your Requirements:

  • Current First Aid & CPR certificate
  • A problem-solving mindset, able to provide solutions that meet the needs of potential members
  • A gift for communication, able to talk to anyone with ease, and inspire them to take action
  • Drive, goal-focused, and continuously looking for new ways to excel
  • A team player, able to rally through hard times and celebrate personal and team success
  • Customer focused, able to build rapport with people of all backgrounds and motivated to help them achieve their goals
