Job Opportunity: Technical Specialist

We are seeking a skilled technical professional to provide advanced technical support for our platform. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for delivering level two technical support, troubleshooting and resolving incidents in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance and problem-solving for the platform, including incident response, issue management, monitoring, security, and configuration.
  • Prepare the platform for deployment and future releases, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to users.
  • Develop and maintain Linux environments, containerization skills, and scripting abilities (Bash, Cron, etc.).

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualifications coupled with relevant industry certifications.
  • Proven experience supporting mission-critical environments.
  • Strong experience troubleshooting, configuring, and maintaining Linux environments.
  • Developed containerization skills, preferably in Docker.
  • Proven scripting skills (Bash, Cron, etc).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Superior troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
