Product Fulfilment and Operations Specialist Opportunity

Job Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for becoming a power user of our Product and Fulfilment tools, owning the end-to-end process of integrating third-party fulfillers on our platforms, creating products, updating SKUs and managing delivery services. You will also analyze and report on the performance of our fulfilment network, including monthly reconciliations and invoicing, as well as monitor the performance of internal and external fulfillers and proactively act with them to solve issues, identify improvement opportunities and drive execution of those.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in operations, category management, sourcing or related field is required.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced e-commerce environment is beneficial.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills are essential.
  • A degree in business, technology, engineering or related field is preferred.
