Main Responsibilities- Greeting and registering of owners and guests
- Providing information on local area attractions
- Completing all department-related paperwork
- Utilizing communication equipment to assist in the tour generation process
- Meeting guests face-to-face and generating sales appointments for our sales centers
- Establishing commonality and building rapport with customers to deliver an exceptional experience
- Previous experience within a similar hotel position
- A genuine passion for customer service and the local area
- Excellent communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities
- An enthusiastic, self-motivated, and positive individual
