About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Administration Officer to join our client's Midland office. This role is vital in supporting operations by handling administrative tasks related to machine maintenance, servicing, and workforce provision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and process timesheets and invoices.
  • Assist with site mobilisation activities.
  • Maintain and update social media accounts, including LinkedIn and Facebook.
  • Perform bookkeeping tasks and assist with payroll processing.
  • Conduct general administrative duties as needed.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in site mobilisation is desirable.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and bookkeeping software.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Must be an Australian citizen to commence ASAP.
