We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team at JLL. As the first point of contact for our centre management office, you will be responsible for answering calls, attending to customers and contractors, and providing administrative support to our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to our tenants and customers
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable duties
- Perform general office management tasks, including filing, photocopying, scanning, and mail management
- Maintain and update all shopping centre registers
- Collect and collate monthly sales figures from tenants and enter into our system
- Provide support to our Accounts Administrator and Finance Manager as required
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential
- Positive and cheerful manner with an ability to work within a small team environment
- Computer skills in Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Previous accounts payable or accounts receivable experience is desirable, but training will be provided
