Job Description

As a senior professional, you will play a key role in ensuring the organization operates with integrity and meets regulatory requirements.

This position involves managing and maintaining compliance, risk management, and health safety and security (HSSE) across projects, with a focus on governance, safety culture, and regulatory alignment.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain OFSC accreditation, ensuring continued compliance with Australian Government's Work Health and Safety Accreditation Scheme.
  • Lead internal audits, gap analysis, and accreditation renewal processes to ensure adherence to company policies and legislative requirements.
  • Provide technical support for project teams to ensure risk assessments, permits, and safety plans align with company standards.
  • Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits on projects to ensure compliance with HSSE standards.
  • Work closely with project leadership to embed a strong safety culture across all project phases.
  • Prepare and present HSSE reports for project leadership, clients, regulatory bodies, and accreditation schemes.
  • Drive the continuous enhancement of HSSE management systems to align with corporate standards and OFSC regulatory requirements.
  • Act as a liaison with regulatory bodies, contractors, and internal teams on safety and compliance matters.
