Job Overview

We are seeking a flexible and skilled healthcare professional to join our team as a Casual Paramedic/Nurse.

This role involves providing high-quality patient care and treatment during on-road transport, working collaboratively with other team members, and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments and interventions during on-road transport.
  • Provide exceptional patient care and treatment, ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality.
  • Build strong relationships with patients, stakeholders, and colleagues, promoting effective communication and teamwork.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of interventions in accordance with established guidelines and protocols.
  • Work independently, using problem-solving skills and critical thinking to address challenges and concerns.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • A Registered Paramedic or Division 1 Registered Nurse qualification.
  • Current AHPRA registration (or pending approval for Paramedics).
  • Experience in non-emergency patient transport, preferably in an equal role.
  • Familiarity with NSW NEPT service specifications is desirable.
  • A valid FULL NSW Drivers license and ability to drive safely in various conditions.
