Job Title: Document Controller

A key role in our Engineering Projects & Governance Team is available for a skilled Document Controller. This pivotal position will ensure strict compliance with Plant Engineering, Asset records, and Document Control processes, contributing to a Safe, Stable, and Sustainable vision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain established Document Control processes and identify improvement opportunities across Engineering, Project Delivery and Asset Integrity disciplines
  • Implement Document Control processes to ensure document flows are managed to the quality and timeliness expectations of customers
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in delivering quality Document Control processes
  • Strong communication skills to foster effective relationships across multi-disciplinary teams
  • Analytical abilities to identify issues and optimize Document Control processes
  • Self-motivation, integrity, and the ability to work autonomously
  • Proficiency in database management, particularly with SAP document management system
