Key Responsibilities- Oversee centre operations including retail sales, inventory, and bookings

- Coordinate, supervise, and support volunteers, providing training as required
- Plan, coordinate, and host tours, events, and educational experiences aligned with community and organisational objectives
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all visitors and tour groups
